Search button in app bar on inbox and combined feed

We'd like to add to the app bar a "search" icon-button, on two screens:

• the inbox
• the combined feed

The button should open the search page.

(Eventually we'd like to add a similar button on more screens, including all message-list screens. But then the resulting search should start out narrowed to the current screen's context. Adding that feature to our search UI is #1660.)
