Hidden tables have incorrect heights set

Tables that are hidden (say for example, in a tabbed situation) do get processed by the plugin but the table cell heights are set incorrectly. Can you add a callback to rerun the calculation on an event, i.e. if a tab button is clicked the table cell heights are recalculated.
