iPad 3(GSM) won't boot after successful restore

I downgraded from 9.3.6 to 8.4.1 and everything looked fine on the screen. It said "restore successful" at the end but now I cannot boot my device and if I connect it to a computer it's in recovery mode. Any ideas?
