Kids Art Class Registration (Bootstrap Project)

This project is a responsive registration form for a Kids Art Class designed for children ages 5–11.
It was built entirely with Bootstrap 5, without any custom CSS, to practice building structured, responsive web layouts.

The site simulates a small landing page and registration system for a kids art class.
It includes the following sections:

• Home – A simple landing area introducing the art class.
• About – Provides a brief overview of the program and its purpose.
• Contact – Contains a contact form for general inquiries.
• Register – A parent/child registration form for signing up children.

The registration form includes:

• Parent information (name, email, phone)
• Child information (name, age, etc.)
• Email field for communication
• Responsive layout optimized for different screen sizes
