VerBump is a keyboard-driven version file manager for Windows developers
who work on multiple projects in parallel. It detects staleness (source
files newer than VERSION), supports SemVer/CalVer/custom schemes, and
optionally installs a Git pre-commit hook that blocks commits when VERSION
is stale.
