This isn't fully complete, as it needs testing, not to mention currently it only implements the new enabledmods.json format, and doesn't actually implement showing different versions of mods in the mod list.

Closes #259

  • New enabledmods.json format
  • Wait for Northstar to add support (NorthstarLauncher/#828, NorthstarMods/#903)
  • Support for showing, toggling and removing separate installed versions of the same mod

Mod versioning is now available in the v1.31.1 release candidate, so this PR should be easier to test :)
