fix: update fork config

Maybe I'm missing something but I don't see a way to sign the CLA. 🤔

This looks good to me. I wonder what needs to be reviewed and by whom. I painfully downloaded 70gb in vain following the README with the fork.4 info, to discover that it doesn't work with the latest code. Following the README with this PR did the trick for me. The other repos have info about the fork.5 for a long time and seem that the team is preparing for fork.6 soon. I wonder where we can get the change logs and roadmap for the forks since now this is an important piece of software that Polygon foundation is advertizing to the community (Polygon CDK).

Is there any documentation to generate these config files for any particular fork ID ?
