Describe the bug
Water transparency or scrolling normals cause massive FPS drops. Barely any GPU usage <10% total. (Massively effects Sailing)

When switching from 117 HD to GPU (Base) all boats do not render.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
FPS Drop:

  1. Just have 117 on and look at any ocean during sailing FPS drops from 60 to 30.

117 HD to GPU Render Conflict:

  1. Have 117 Enabled and Enable GPU (Base).
    a. Does not happen when turning off 117 and then GPU on manually.
  2. Switching from GPU to 117 causes a general UI/Texture render issue.

  • OS: Windows 11 25H2 (Build 26200.7623)
  • RuneLite version: 1.12.14.1
  • Launcher version: 2.7.5

Update:

Just had a game crash which seemed to have been caused by 117 HD.
