Underground shows current skybox

Describe the bug
Ladders and stairs leading underground fade into the current skybox color instead of black

Expected behavior

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: Linux Mint 22.3
• RuneLite version: 1.12.19
• Launcher version: 2.2.7

Someone else had this problem, but it was supposed to have been solved #101

This is a known issue with the new renderer; Once we fix it's performance issues we will work on getting something for this fixed; Thanks for the report! :)
