feat: docx标题自动识别、目录分级字体、标题检测增强、使用指南

- word_postprocess: TOC字体按级别区分(一级条目用h1_font/h1_font_size)
- preprocess_txt_to_md: 支持编号后无空格直接跟中文的标题检测
- preprocess_txt_to_md: 添加短标题守卫，避免误识别以编号开头的长句
- thesis_format_2024: 新增auto_assign_heading_styles，docx输入自动识别标题
- thesis_format_2024: auto_assign后跳过renumber，保留原文编号
- thesis_config: 默认pattern同步支持CJK零宽断言
- README: 补充docx输入增强说明和注意事项
- USER_GUIDE.md: 新增完整的小白使用指南，覆盖所有GUI选项
