I added a German translation for the software.
This includes a new de language file with all relevant strings translated into German.
It improves accessibility for German-speaking users.
I could not test it, because currently the language selector does not recognize the new language folder.
Would you like me to tailor the text to a specific project style (e.g., technical, friendly, formal, open-source style)? I can polish it so it fits naturally with how that repository usually writes their pull requests.
