The angle-x64-windows-static.zip is the CI build artifacts.
use it to manually link DirectX static lib and missing windows lib by yourself.

The av_libglesv2.7z is all linked by me,
target to Windows 10.0.19041.0 SDK. and a minimal DX SDK from ppsspp.
