[WIP] info button

Thanks for assigning this issue to me. I'm starting to work on it and will keep this PR's description up to date as I form a plan and make progress.

Original issue description:

We need some info about the visualizer somewhere

1. keybinds overview
2. download option of the replay file, can't hurt.
3. Basics of whats going on and where to find the core game website if people are lost
4. a link to this repos issue page so they can submit an issue if somethings broken.
5. info that people can also drag and drop a replay file into the window to watch it, so save it and replay it at any time or share it with your friends.
6. ...... im sure ill come up with more

I think top left would be a nice corner. There's always space there, guaranteed, cause the controls bar guarantees the svg canvas won't ever overlap that corner. I'd make it a little i icon, maybe https://fontawesome.com/icons/circle-info?f=classic&s=solid, and then have a little modal when you click or hover.
