Where are those unluac_assemble.jar and unluac_decode.jar files from? What do they do that the previous jar file couldn't?

the assemble unluac is 2021 (i assume) and the decode one is 2015, the newer unluac doesn't decode scripts properly so the 2015 one is used for that instead
