Allow offline simulation of games so we can cross-check agent performance.
Another major feature is the ability to more flexibly select models / agents playing in game creation, paving the way to in-app bot selection.
There should not be any tangible difference to deployed app.
Also:
simulatedfield which should always befalse(but as a way to filter out simulated data if a bug means it gets sent)
