고객이 채팅방에 머무를 때, 메니저가 읽었을 경우 1표시 사라지게 고침
- 메니저가 메세지 확인 후에도 계속 안읽은 메세지 수가 쌓이는 문제 해결
chatVM -> unreadMsgCnt 주석 전부 삭제
