- Align with DMTF deprecation: Redfish-JsonSchema-ResponseValidator is superseded by payload validation in Redfish-Service-Validator. - Remove OOB include from test list. - Delete suite file redfish/dmtf_tools/Redfish_JsonSchema_ResponseValidator.robot. - Update checklist doc to drop related test tag.
