Happy with logic, makes sense and much nicer laid out that previously
I'll run end to end tomorrow
Just to note discussion earlier - we still need to link to kicking off the DNA part but difficult to do via marker file from a process as the process might run before the demuliplex script. Could maybe do as part of the workflow.onComplete section

First attempt at porting TSO500 to cloud. Needs checking for logic errors and style before proper validation.
