… from csf_tz Relocates the grant_dependant_access validate hook (now av_tools/av_tools_hooks/custom_docperm.py) and its toggle setting (enable_dependent_auto_permission, previously on CSF TZ Settings, now on AV Tools Settings). Adds the Custom DocPerm-dependent custom field via the JSON+loader patch pattern. The move_custom_docperm_feature patch copies the legacy toggle value from CSF TZ Settings into AV Tools Settings, then deletes the legacy Singles row and any legacy CSF TZ Settings custom field entry.
