Deletes 7 doctype folders now owned by av_tools: BOM Additional Costs, Inv ERR Detail, Reporting GL Entry, Root Cause Analysis, Possible Root Cause, Root Cause Prevention Strategy, and Station Members.
…ture (moved to av_tools) Deletes csftz_hooks/custom_docperm.py, the matching Custom DocPerm validate entry in hooks.py, and the enable_dependent_auto_permission field from CSF TZ Settings. The feature now lives in av_tools; see its move_custom_docperm_feature patch for data migration of the toggle value.

refactor(csf_tz): remove email salary slip and scheduled report doctypes
refactor(csf_tz): remove inter company transfer doctypes
refactor(csf_tz): remove print formats moved to av_tools app
