Summary
All 9 LandMS report name fields updated from underscore format (landms_collections) to human-readable names (LandMS Collections, LandMS Revenue, etc.)
Set is_standard: Yes on all reports so they are registered as app-owned and survive migrations
Folder and file names remain underscore-formatted as required by Python's module system
