- Add HIDOrg model with camelCase property mapping
- Add LedgerItem model with nested access_pass deserialization
- Add HIDOrgsApi with create, list, activate methods
- Add console.iosPreflight() using correct route /v1/console/card-templates/:id/ios_preflight
- Add console.ledgerItems() with pagination and date filtering
- Wire up console.hid.orgs namespace
