CEXT-5791 - revert installation steps for db plugin for aio cli

Description

The installation instructions for the db plugin for the aio cli was mistakenly updated to the GA version in the PR documenting the IMS Auth changes.

This PR reverts that change. It will be updated once the GA version of the plugin is released for GA.
