Fix update user mothly_level

For this to work, after you have pulled do this command : bundle exec whenever --update-crontab
Then check that the cron is up to date with : crontab -l

return sought, something like this :

The highlighted line should be the same except that it should start with “0 0 1” and should read “production” instead of “staging”.
