Note that build using only relation Ontologies (bfo, iao, obi, ro) and additional imports were added thereafter. --- Building with full config breaks due to: Breaking issue is ncbitaxon is unable to be validated through simple_pattern_tester.py, as run through via makefile ``` [Fatal Error] :1:1: Content is not allowed in prolog. make: *** [Makefile:340: mirror/ncbitaxon.owl] Error 1 ``` or agro-full fails for undetermined reason: ``` make: *** [Makefile:633: agro-full.owl] Error 1 ```

Currently built from AgrO purl version, as default through ODK tool.
Thus, it is not recommended to merge but use a template until all PRs are merged and a release is fully available through the PURL link.
Closes #143 - creates obo export
