begin 단어에서 target 단어로 한 번에 한 글자씩만 바꿔서 도달하고 싶다. 최소 몇 단계의 과정을 거쳐야 하는지 구하라. 다만, words 배열에 있는 단어로만 변환할 수 있고, 변환 불가한 경우에는 0을 리턴.
