Numerous siuations arise when an individual has to travel fair distances at odd hours all by oneself, either be a public transport or otherwise. Incidents are not uncommon which is why ones safety should always be prioritized. This simple webapp helps to send the user's current location and details to their trusted contacts which the user will be specifying will signing up.
In this mode the user simply send a green alert i.e. the user is safely at his/her location.
In this mode the user sends out an orange alert i.e. a message that they are stuck somewhere and are searching for help. The users also are displayed nearby safe locations that can offer help.
In this mode the user send out a red alert! Danger alert is send to all the trusted contacts. We also inform our set of trusted contacts about your danger call and try to send help at your location. The users also are displayed nearby safe locations that can offer help.
We need to get work more on the RED mode basically used in danger. We propose that data be scraped to get the contact details of the nearby safe locations. Also using socket programming, detect LOCALERT users who are around the victim who can receive the notification on the app providing the victim's location asking for help.
