usage

@wyrz <command>

• roll [number]
• flip
• vote see below for more info
• say <message>
• ask [hardest|girls|couples|technology|kids] (would you rather)
• tell (magic eight ball)

vote

• on starts a new vote
• off tallies up the vote
• yes or no casts a ballot for that answer.

note yes and no are just recommended answers, really anything can be passed on.
