The board can be divided into two power zones:
-
Low-voltage: everything supplied by 5V and 3.3V.
-
Main-voltage: the power supply, in charge of generating the low-voltage levels from an external power supply. The board AnthC can be supplied in different ways:
-
Main power supply A voltage between 7V and 28V through the connector J5 can supply the board.
-
USB Power A USB connection the low-voltage area of the board.
-
Battery The board can be powered with a Single Cell LiPo battery of 3.7 V
The battery will be charged anytime the 5V area is powered. Then, it can be charged through the USB connector or through the main power connection. The battery voltage level can be measured on the pin IO15 of the microcontroller.
The processor is a ESP32-S3-WROOM module. ESP32-S3 series of SoCs embedded, Xtensa® dual-core 32-bit LX7 microprocessor, up to 240 MHz
- 384 KB ROM
- 512 KB SRAM
- 16 KB SRAM in RTC
- Up to 8 MB PSRAM
The board has I2C, SPI, UART (through USB) and RS-485 communication buses. Also, it supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth communications, provided by the ESP32-S3 module.
