Summary

• Promote current develop to main for this release cut.
• Includes dependency/security remediation merged via:
  • chore(deps): remediate pyproject dependency issues and update mcp fixtures #68 chore(deps): remediate pyproject dependency issues and update mcp fixtures
  • fix(deps): make biblicus reinforcement-memory a core dependency #69 fix(deps): make biblicus reinforcement-memory a core dependency
• Includes DSPy agent/tool-loop reliability fixes from merged develop PRs (notably Fix DSPy agent tool-loop finalization #64 and Fix terminal done handling in DSPy tool loop #66).
• Includes cleanup of obsolete dependency lock path (uv.lock removal) and related release/workflow updates already validated in CI.

Why

• Ship the validated dependency and security work now in develop to production branch main.
• Keep production aligned with the current tested baseline (Python 3.10/3.11/3.12 matrix green in Release workflow).
• Consolidate recent reliability and dependency changes into a single release handoff PR.

• Develop branch release workflow runs are green, including the latest merge:
