Introduce armor.yml GitHub Actions workflow to run ARMOR checks. Support push, pull_request_target, and manual workflow_dispatch events. Integrate with qualcomm/armor composite action for header compatibility validation. Signed-off-by: ffrancis <ffrancis@qti.qualcomm.com>
