Add PAL base class APIs headers file paths (Device.h, Session.h, and Stream.h) to the public_headers/config.yml file to perform API backward compatibility checks on these core PAL interfaces. Signed-off-by: Aditya Rathi <aditrath@qti.qualcomm.com>
