Adds a comprehensive LaTeX code review report evaluating the current implementation of the Born Effective Charges (BEC) feature. Evaluates the memory usage, bottlenecks, dangerous approximations, and general aspects of equivariant networks. The Python code is intentionally left unmodified per user request.
