Beta release notes

The following are release notes pertaining to the Beta release of AutoAdvisor. Please read before using the beta distribution. We assume that the developer is using a Linux style command line for this project and that they are familiar with it.

1. Installation: see Getting started (the master is our Beta).
2. All relevant commands labeled beta in the SRS are working.
3. For a list of known issues see the issue tracker.
4. Change to the source can be found in the commit history. Click browse code for specific changes.
5. Tests can be run with from inside the app from the command line with 'rake:test'. This will run all unit, functional, and integration tests.
6. Our wiki with more information on bug reporting, database information, and other documentation can be found here.
