Description
We were flagging the adjective "foreigner" when it came after "more" to change to "foreigner".
But that's incorrect. "Foreigner" is a noun and is not the comparative form of "foreign".
I included a change for vowel handling that was pointed out in a newer PR of mine but one of our new contributors that was applicable here.
How Has This Been Tested?
A new unit test is added to ensure this works.
