adjusted the Power BI section of the readme adding the a link to the new notebook and updating naming convention - dataset -> semantic model

I added a sample of code to refresh a semantic model in Power BI using a specific REST endpoint leveraging an SPN for authentication.
I've adjusted some documentation in the power bi section.
