Make sure your pull request adds related reviewers, asignees, labels Please also provide the following information in this pull request: --> **What I did** - Update orchagent to use `trusted_vnis_list` and create multiple trusted VNI SAI objects for ENIs and appliances - When creating/removing appliances and ENIs, block and fail if related trusted VNI operations fail. - Update C++ unittests to cover cases where multiple ranges and values of trusted VNIs are created - Extend mock test framework to dump syslog messages from SWSS to stdout when environment variable `SWSS_SYSLOG_STDOUT` is set to `1` **Why I did it** sonic-net/sonic-dash-api#56 updates the dash API to support more than one trusted VNI range or value per ENI or per appliance Trusted VNIs are critical for traffic to flow properly.
