Hardware randomization over Cliffords

TODOs:

  • Support diatomic and standard Clifford pulse libraries.
  • Set inverse based on sequence (waiting for hardware support)
  • Update tracker based on sequence (waiting for hardware support)
  • Update tests.

QGL compiler needs networkx 2.0
The compiler needs networkx 2.0 or higher now for edge identification.
Consistent order for all standard sequences, including two-qubit RB and cal_seqs
Even with the TDM triggering, we need a slave trigger for the APS1s
