TSH-BOT is an AI-powered chatbot built with Microsoft Copilot Studio to assist residents of the City of Tshwane in accessing municipal services quickly and efficiently. It provides a conversational interface for reporting issues, finding information, tracking complaints, and staying up to date with community events.

To preview or test the chatbot locally:
