This PR fixes the issue of HTTP Connections not getting released back to the pool, when the request failed.
Since we are leveraging
PoolingHttpClientConnectionManager, it expects the response entity to be consumed irrespective of the status of the response. This is needed to properly release the connection back to the pool.Reference: https://www.baeldung.com/httpclient-connection-management#multiple
