Details:

The registry at 0x6593c7De001fC8542bB1703532EE1E5aA0D458fD uses a Chainable proxy pattern. When calling withdrawFunds:

1. Registry proxy receives the call
2. Proxy's fallback() function triggers (function doesn't exist on proxy)
3. delegatecall forwards to implementation contract (KeeperRegistryLogicB2_1)
4. Implementation executes withdrawFunds(uint256 id, address to) in registry's context
5. LINK transferred to recipient address
