This PR add a way to initialize a WsSecurityFilter (SoapServer) from SoapBundle. In my implementation, you need to give the username and password at service configuration level. Maybe the best would be to allow to pass a user provider, but it could be done in another PR nif needed.
This PR also contains the support for Symfony 3.x and a new
xsd:timetype.
