Also added voice command to "power off" in addition to "turn off" as I keep saying it. Powering on works on my TCL Roku TV (at least with ethernet).

Power on may only work if it's been powered off recently. Getting mixed behavior of it working while I'm playing around with turning it on/off but then coming back later after leaving it off for a while and it not powering on. |

FYI the power command will turn on the TCL Roku TV (only tested with ethernet not wifi as that is my current setup)
