Fixing some dependency issues from SPENSER packages.
I couldn't find the source of the openpyxl version problems, but the new dependency resolver from pip seems to handle the clash automatically. The
--use-feature=2020-resolverflag when installing is a short term fix, when pip is updated we can remove this.
