Updates the BlackArch paru package to a newer upstream release to address runtime breakage against newer libalpm (the libalpm.so.15 missing error).
Changes:
- Bump
parufrom2.0.4to2.1.0(and adjustpkgrel). - Add a
prepare()step that updates selected Cargo dependencies and pre-fetches crates. - Build and install translation files (
mkmo+ copylocale/into/usr/share).
