TISpeech - Terra Invicta Screen Reader Accessibility Mod

TISpeech is a MelonLoader mod for Terra Invicta that provides screen reader accessibility. It announces tooltips and UI elements using the Tolk library, supporting NVDA, JAWS, and SAPI screen readers.

Installation

1. Install MelonLoader for Terra Invicta
2. Copy TISpeechMod.dll to the game's Mods folder
3. Copy Tolk.dll and the NVDA controller DLLs to the game directory
4. Launch Terra Invicta - the mod will automatically initialize

Available Screens in Review Mode

Review Mode provides access to these game screens:

1. Council - Browse your councilors, view stats, assign missions, manage automation
2. Technology - Navigate research slots, queue technologies, browse tech tree
3. Nations - Review all nations, control points, policies, and priorities
4. Org Market - Browse and acquire organizations
5. Fleets - Manage space fleets, view ships, plan transfers
6. Space Bodies - Explore planets, moons, asteroids; launch probes
7. Habs - Review space habitats and their modules

Navigation Hierarchy

Review Mode uses a 4-level hierarchy:

1. Screens - The high-level categories listed above
2. Items - Objects within a screen (councilors, nations, fleets, etc.)
3. Sections - Categories within an item (Stats, Missions, Organizations)
4. Section Items - Individual details within a section

Use Enter or Right Arrow to drill into deeper levels, Escape or Left Arrow to back out.

Tips for New Users

1. Start with Review Mode: Press Numpad 0 or Ctrl+R to enter Review Mode and explore
2. Learn the hierarchy: Use Numpad / or = to list all items at your current level
3. Use letter navigation: Press any letter key to jump to items starting with that letter
4. Get details: Press Numpad * or - for more detailed information about the current item
5. Time is paused: You can take your time - use Space to pause/play when ready
