This release uses https://github.com/spaarkimus/BlockTyperPlugin/releases/tag/v1.1.8.

The pom.xml and plugin.yml file in this release still say 1.0.0 and the BlockTyperPlugin release may not be exactly what was pushed to spigotmc.org on 2/7/2017. This will be kept more in line in the future.
