Includes the following fixes:

• #1 Add @throws token for methods
• #2 Add the ability to specify a custom style sheet
• #3 Allow consistent HTML code in the comments
• #4 Add the ability to exclude tests from the documentation
• #5 Hook in a command line parser to make adding command line arguments easier
• #7 Remove links to source code

Note: This is a beta build, some functionality may break may break between releases. In fact, the next release will probably see the markup getting its structure and classes changed to make custom CSS files easier. That being said, any custom CSS for this release will not likely work with the next.
