Extend the test to check correct dimensions and content of written images.
More recent versions do not write the correct dimensions as discussed in issue BodenmillerGroup#24

Makes the test for correct dimensions of writting images to expliclity check if the images can be read with the correct dimensions.
Then adds a pin to a working
tifffileversion,
