[MA-57]: MM-61640: Add descriptive accessible name

Summary

Fixes the buttons with insufficiently descriptive accessible names. Examples include:

• Category options
• Channel options

Steps to reproduce

• Locate the "Category options and Channel options" button.
• Inspect it with Chrome DevTools.
• In the Accessibility tab, expand the Computed Properties section.
• Review the value for "Name".
